We review used automotive AC compressor cores. The refrigerant must be properly recovered before the compressor is removed or shipped. Federal law prohibits venting refrigerant.
What to include in your quote request
- Part number or tag photo
- Vehicle year, make and model
- Whether the clutch and pulley are present
- Confirmation that the refrigerant was recovered by a certified technician
What affects the offer
- Exact identification (part number, OEM or casting number)
- Completeness and condition
- Quantity, plus whether bulk or repeat supply is available
- Current demand and resale options
- Freight cost from your ZIP code to us
- Missing clutch or pulley, cracked housing, or units that weren't properly evacuated
Preparing it for shipment (after you accept a quote)
- Cap or tape the ports
- Bag the units to contain residual compressor oil, then box them
- Small quantities may ship by parcel. Larger loads go on a pallet
